The Early Years Service are extremely helpful and I find it beneficial that they come to discuss my recruitement needs on a one to one basis. I also find their costs to be very reasonable.
I use the Early Years Service to help me with recruitement because i like the fact that they specalise purely in Early Years. I have been really pleased with the practitioners they provide as they are always well trained and knowledgeable.

Congratulations!
We would like to congratulate and give our best wishes to Nursery Nurse Lisa Race who after working for the Early Years Service for 9 months has been offered a permanent position at All Saints Sure Start in South Shields. Lisa who began work for the Early Years Service in June 2006 as a newly qualified practitioner initially worked at a range of different settings until she was allocated a long term booking at All Saints. The All Saints team are delighted to have Lisa on board.
At the Early Years Service we fully expect that our workers will progress into permanent work eventually, and we often find our staff being ?'head-hunted' by settings. Although we are sorry to see them leave we are happy that they have proceeded into a childcare role which suits them and we wish them best of luck in the future.
