Nicola – Nursery Nurse – Sunderland   Nicola is conscientious, hardworking and reliable Nursery Nurse who after completing her NNEB carried out long term supply work as a support assistant for 3 years in 3 different schools working in reception, year 1, year 2 and year 4.  She then got a job at a private day nursery where she has worked for the past 10 years. She started as a Nursery Nurse and was promoted to Deputy Nursery Manager and then to Nursery Manager. In her role as Manager she worked under the Senior Manager to provide high standards of child care and education, which included the constant monitoring and review of provision and the ability to set appropriate limits for children   Alice – Teacher – North Tyneside   Alice is an experienced teacher who has done a lot of supply work, consequently she is able to adapt quickly and confidently to new settings. She is a popular teacher who is frequently asked back to schools were she has carried out supply work, and has come to the Early Years Service because she wants more work within the Early Years age range where her passion lies.   Since qualifying in July 2002 Alice has worked consistently in Nursery through to Year 6.  During that time she has covered several long term sick leaves, including two in Reception both for one year and another year in Year one.
